NexaPDF AI provides browser-based tools for working with PDF documents, including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, editing, signing, redacting, and organizing PDFs, along with AI-powered features such as summarization, translation, and Markdown conversion. Tool availability, pricing, and features may change over time.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. To access certain features, you must sign in — with a Google account or with your email address and a one-time code. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

Visitors who are not signed in ("Guests") may use a limited number of tools for free, tracked by IP address. Signed-in users on the Free plan receive a larger daily allowance of credits, which renews each day; each tool spends a set number of credits per run, shown on the tool page before you run it. Once the day's allowance is used, you can wait for it to renew or buy a pass. We may adjust these limits at any time.

NexaPDF AI Premium is sold as one-time passes, not a recurring subscription. Each pass is a single payment that credits your account with a fixed number of credits and raises your upload limit for a fixed period. Each tool spends a set number of credits per run, shown on the tool page before you run it, so a pass covers a set amount of use rather than unlimited use. Current prices, credit grants and durations are listed on our pricing page. The price shown is the total amount charged — there are no additional fees added at checkout.

Passes do not renew automatically and there is nothing to cancel — a pass simply ends when its credits are spent or its period expires, whichever comes first, and you are never charged again unless you buy another one. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.

You agree not to:

• Upload or process any file you do not have the legal right to use
• Use the Service to create, store, or distribute unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or security controls
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain all ownership rights to the files and documents you upload. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the specific action you request — for example, merging your PDF or generating an AI summary. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use it to train AI models.

AI-generated output — summaries, translations, Markdown conversions — is produced automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. It is provided for convenience only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment, especially for legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes documents. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.

Uploaded files and processed results are deleted automatically and permanently by a one-day storage lifecycle rule — in practice within about 24 hours of upload, and never more than 48. We do not maintain backups of your files beyond this window. You are responsible for downloading and retaining your own copies of any results you need.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including specific tools, at any time, with or without notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexaPDF AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold NexaPDF AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
