Refund & Cancellation Policy

NexaPDF AI Premium is sold as one-time passes, not a recurring subscription. Buying a pass is a single payment that credits your account and raises your upload limit for a fixed period. Nothing renews automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel and you will never be charged again unless you choose to buy another pass.

A pass ends on its own when its credits are spent or its period expires, whichever comes first. Your account then returns to the free tier and its daily credit allowance.

Because a NexaPDF AI pass credits your account immediately on payment and those credits can be spent right away, pass fees are generally non-refundable once credits have been issued. Two exceptions:

Billing errors. If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a technical billing issue — contact nexapdf-ai@outlook.com within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.

Accidental purchases. If you did not intend to buy a pass and have not spent any of its credits, contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will consider a full refund at our discretion.

All standard, non-Premium PDF tools are free to use and are not subject to any payment or refund terms.

There is no cancellation step: a pass expires by itself and does not renew. If you want your account returned to the free tier before a pass expires, or you have a question about a charge, email nexapdf-ai@outlook.com and we will take care of it.

If a payment fails, no pass is issued and no credits are added — your account simply stays on the free tier, and you can try again. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact your bank or Razorpay first, and also notify nexapdf-ai@outlook.com so we can assist.
