How your file moves
Your file never sits on a shared server
Uploads go straight from your device to private encrypted storage over a short-lived, single-use link generated just for that one file. Our application servers never hold a copy in between.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Every request — upload, download, and every tool action — runs over HTTPS. Stored files are encrypted at rest, not saved as plain files sitting in the open.
No public URLs, no shared storage
Every file lives behind a private, time-limited signed link scoped to that file alone. There's no directory to browse, no guessable URL, no way to reach anyone else's document.
A hard 24-hour deletion policy
This isn't a manual cleanup job we might forget to run — it's an automatic deletion policy enforced at the storage layer itself. Once 24 hours pass, the file is gone, permanently, for everyone including us.
How AI features handle your content
- Your file content is sent only to fulfill the specific action you asked for — a summary, a translation, an answer to your question.
- That content is not stored by us afterward, and it is not used to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's.
- AI actions are individually metered and logged only as a usage count, not as document content.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or share your files or personal data with data brokers or advertisers.
- We don't run ad-tech trackers on the pages where you upload or view your documents.
- We don't keep a permanent archive of what you've uploaded — 24 hours, then it's deleted.
- We don't require an account or a card to use any standard tool.
Fair-use protection
Tool usage is rate-limited per user to keep the platform fast and available for everyone — this protects against abuse, not against you. Limits refill continuously rather than resetting on a hard daily cap, so a brief wait is the most you'll ever see.
